Customer service is amazing, I asked about the drinks and what they had and the lady took her time to recommend items and show me how everything was served! Amazing atmosphere and the place is very clean & the snacks are delicious definitely recommend!

Oooooweeee. I love this place. Their snacks are okay, but the snow cones are a must. They're not like your regular snow cones that just seem to be drizzled in food coloring. They are flavorful and fruity. Their drinks are also great, they all taste fresh and natural. Service is okay, any time I've been, it seems that they only have one person working and they have to do all the work out back. I will continue to keep returning here to satisfy my sweet tooth and snow cone cravings!

The snacks are good My favorite thing is their bionico (amazing) I wish the had more ice cream variety Their shakes are good although i wish they would give bigger (thicker) straws I also feel like their short on staff It takes a while to get our order every time we go. But other than that everything else is good

I have to start out by saying I have no idea why this place is rated some what low..? 3 stars is surprising. I kind of take that back only because of customer service. There is a young lady there that is just not nice or helpful. I brought my dad in for the 1st time and we were asking what were the recommendations...she just seemed kind of annoyed by this question. But whatever, this rating is more on what we ordered. I ordered the Rusa and my dad ordered the banana split. The Rusa is absolutely breathtaking when you first see it. It was literally one of the most beautiful sights I've seen all day. The gleam in my eye was way more than I've ever given anyone in my entire life. I couldn't wait to dig in. I was surprised that my dad ordered the banana split but I guess he felt like having ice cream at the time.. I could tell he kind of felt it was a wrong decision after seeing what I ordered. But tough!! it was all mine!!! Just as I thought it was delicious and I cannot wait to come back for another. Maybe I'll try the mangonada and tell them to customize it by making the top half like a Rusa!!!! Muajajajaja!!!
